Mo has many years of experience working with youth groups and marginalised people and entered into the counselling profession over 10 years ago. She meets people where they are at and helps them understand how they got there and explores new direction for their life. Mo believes that an individual knows what is best for their own life and she works with them to bring about understanding and to find a positive way forward. She has worked with people who have presented with a wide variety of mental health issues and has experience of working with adults who have an intellectual disability. Mo has worked for many years in Human Resources and understands the complexity of workplace relations and issues.
