Dominique draws from a range of therapeutic modalities including psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centred therapy and attachment theory. She works collaboratively with you and tailors her approach to best suit your needs and your goals for therapy.

Dominique has experience supporting people through a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, stress, issues of self-esteem, work-related issues and life transitions. She believes that the relationship between therapist and client is at the heart of meaningful therapy and offers a non-judgmental and supportive space where you can explore your feelings, start to make sense of your experience, and find new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Beyond her counselling experience, Dominique brings a broader range of experience from the mental health sector, having worked in a number of different non-profit, voluntary and research roles. These experiences have deepened her understanding of the many factors that influence mental health, along with the different approaches that can help support it.
