Helen has has been counselling in the community and in private practice for over 16 years. She is committed to helping people on their journey towards mental health and well-being. She provides a safe, warm and friendly space, using a person-centred approach while integrating other skills like CBT, Self Compassion and Mindfulness.

She compassionately works with people believing that each person needs to be listened to, understood and validated, helping you to feel less alone with your problems and fears. The counselling process increases self-awareness and improves your relationship with self and others. This builds resilience and insight that helps equip you to face many of life’s challenges.

Helen is also an accredited Counsellor Supervisor working with student counsellors as well as accredited professionals.

B.Sc (Hons) Counselling & Psychotherapy; Diploma Counselling; Post Grad Integrative Bodywork;

MA App Theology; Diploma in Counselling Supervision;

Professional Cert: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
